What You'll Do
Create Effortless Guest Experiences
Deliver warm, polished and personalised service.
Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
Ensure every interaction reflects the AC brand's attention to detail.
Bring the Rivo Experience to Life
Provide attentive service across our restaurant, bar and dining experiences.
Develop knowledge of our Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage offerings.
Confidently recommend menu items and beverages to guests.
Deliver with Purpose
Support daily food and beverage operations, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless guest experiences.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
A warm, confident and engaging personality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
A current RSA certificate and relevant food safety training.
