MCHC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care to the people in our community. What You'll Do
Provide chairside and clinical support during exams and procedures
Take impressions for models and denture appliances
Place and remove rubber dams or other isolation devices
Ensure patient comfort and safety during appointments; communicate observations to the dentist
Assist in discussing treatment plans with patients and act as a liaison between provider and patient
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care
Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards

Requirements
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Willing and able to travel to other MCHC sites for trainings, meetings, and/or to cover shifts as needed.
Preferred
1+ years experience working in a dental office with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent)
