Job description
Meriwether Godsey is looking for a Part-time B arista at Rosetta's Coffee Shop , responsible for providing our guests with the finest drink service, accompanied by attentive and gracious service at Hollins University.
Part-time
$16 Per Hour
Must be available to work as follows: Monday-Friday, mornings/afternoons with some weekends for catering events.
What you will do:
Make and serve specialty coffee, tea, and additional hot/cold beverages
Greet and interact with customers while displaying a positive and friendly attitude
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, including, but not limited to, sweeping and mopping floors of café and server, emptying trash cans, cleaning grinders, etc.
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food items
Maintain stock of café inventory
What you need:
Prior Barista/Café experience ( 2 years preferred)
Point of Sale (POS) experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication and good organizational skills
Flexibility: ability to switch between locations and job duties
High School Diploma or equivalent
