Description
The Mimosa House – Curtis Park is looking for an energetic and dependable Busser to join our team! This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and being part of a team.
Position Responsibilities
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas
Assist servers with pre-bussing tables throughout service
Refill waters and assist with guest needs when appropriate
Keep bus stations stocked, clean, and organized
Assist with opening and closing side work
Communicate with servers, hosts, and management to help maintain smooth table turnover
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Jump in and assist the team wherever needed during busy shifts
What We're Looking For
No previous restaurant experience required — we are willing to train!
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
Ability to lift and carry bus tubs, dishes, and restaurant supplies
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Availability
Weekend and holiday availability is required. Applicants should have reliable availability during our operating hours of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM .
