In this role, you&rsquo;ll help keep the store running smoothly, assist customers in finding the perfect games and puzzles, and ensure our store is welcoming and fun for everyone. If you thrive in a fast-paced, playful environment and want to be part of a team that brings joy and creativity to every visit, this is the role for you!</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs, providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Operate the POS system, accurately process payments, and issue receipts.</li><li>Maintain a neat and organized store, including restocking products and ensuring inventory levels meet customer demand.</li><li>Serve as a product expert, confidently answering questions and providing guidance on selection, usage, care, and maintenance.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations to help them explore our products and make the most of their visit.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to support store profitability.</li><li>Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, efficiently assisting customers throughout their visit.</li><li>Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash management, inspecting products, and following security protocols.</li><li>Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and a positive attitude to support the team.</li><li>Experience with store opening/closing and cash management is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><strong>You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications and skills:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>2+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.</li><li>Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.</li><li>Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Dependable, responsible, and able to take ownership of store operations when entrusted with key-holder duties.</li><li>Passion for or knowledge of pop culture, board games, and puzzles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift to 20 pounds.</li><li>Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience is recommended.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$15.85 per hour</p><p> <strong>This is a new position.</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay and opportunities for growth</li><li>Employee discount on games, puzzles, and toys</li><li>Casual dress environment</li><li>Work in a fun, creative environment surrounded by products and people you love</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Store Location:</strong> Midtown Mall &ndash; Saskatchewan, SK</p>
