We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Shipping department team.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in related field.
Experience with port documentation and processes
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Good understanding of finance processes and systems.
Fluent English – both in writing and speaking.
Preparing PDA’s for enquiries, confirmed agency appointments and follow up on prefunding.
Preparing and sending Final DA’s to clients.
Preparing reports to senior management and clients, hereunder daily line ups.
