Overview and purpose of the role
Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive website traffic, and support business growth across various online channels.
Key responsibilities:
Content & Channel Management Plan, create, and publish content across Facebook, Telegram, website, and other digital channels, including Khmer-language content for urban and provincial audiences.
Maintain a content calendar aligned with model launches, promotions, and events Coordinate photography/videography for vehicles, events, and customer stories (owner features, test-drive highlights).
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution Set up, run, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads, Google, and other relevant platforms) to generate qualified leads.
Ensure every digital lead is captured and logged accurately in CRM for proper attribution to the Relationship Manager team.
Track campaign performance (CTR, cost-per-lead, conversion rate) and report results regularly to the Marketing Manager.
Social Listening & Market Monitoring Monitor social media daily for mentions of the brand — direct and indirect — including customer sentiment, complaints, and competitor activity.
Track grey-market and garage-seller advertisements and listings on Facebook Marketplace, Telegram groups, and other informal channels, and flag.
Pricing/Positioning trends to the Marketing Manager Alert management promptly to any emerging social media trend, complaint, or reputational risk involving the brand + Community & Engagement.
Respond to or route inbound inquiries and comments across digital channels promptly and professionally.
Support online community-building efforts (e.g. VIP owner groups, Telegram channels) in coordination with the CX and Relationship Manager teams + Reporting +> Prepare regular reports summarizing digital performance, lead volume/quality, and social media trends for the Marketing Manager .
Background and experience:
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Telegram channel management, and basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Fluent in Khmer with strong written content skills; working proficiency in English.
Comfortable working with CRM systems for lead logging and attribution.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable monitoring multiple channels daily - Interest in or familiarity with the automotive/luxury retail sector is a plus, but not required.
