• Identify and propose workflow improvements that remove unnecessary manual steps without compromising governance or analytical standards.

Core Analytical & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned corporate credits, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery with clear accountability for outputs and priorities.

• Prepare well-structured committee materials and act as a spokesperson for S&P Global Ratings when required.

Risk Management and Operating

• Apply methodology, confidentiality, and data governance requirements consistently, escalating issues early with clear recommendations to protect analytical integrity.

• Contribute to the responsible design and testing of automation and AI-enabled workflows, maintaining clear boundaries between what can be automated and what requires human judgment.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills and Experience:

• An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in credit analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple credits with limited oversight, and to coach junior colleagues through shared analytical standards and tools.

• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence through credibility and constructive engagement.

• Demonstrated credit, financial, and risk analysis skills, with the ability to link fundamental business and sector drivers to forward-looking risk views.

• Direct experience analyzing corporate entities in Telecommunications, Media, Technology, or Entertainment sectors.

Additional Information:

• Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week.
