Maintenance Technician – Apartments | $24–$26/hr + Full Benefits
Location: Independence, OR (Riverplace Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
Turn units between residents
Maintain common areas and property grounds
Perform basic landscaping (mowing, trimming)
Assist with pool maintenance
Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained
Coordinate with the property manager on priorities
Occasional training at our central office
Running errands for supervisors
What We’re Looking For
1-2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred)
Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Dependable and detail-oriented
Team player who can also work independently
