Key Responsibilities

Lead daily school operations with confidence and minimal oversight. Own the calendar, the culture, and the execution.

Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of educators who are proud of where they work

Support teachers in delivering high-quality, play-based curriculum aligned with Goddard’s Wonder of Learning program

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families through proactive communication and genuine presence

Drive enrollment through tours, community engagement, and relationship building

Maintain full compliance with PA DHS licensing, health, and safety regulations

Collaborate with the owner to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and move the school forward

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide meaningful feedback that helps teachers grow

What We’re Looking For

A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be asked

Someone who brings ideas to the table and has the follow-through to execute them

A genuine love for children and early childhood education

Strong communicator with families, staff, and ownership

Organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure

Experience leading or directing an early childhood program preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field required

Working knowledge of PA DHS licensing requirements
