This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital channel partnerships for a forward-thinking company using AI to enhance financial services. You'll be instrumental in building and nurturing strategic alliances, with a generous salary and room for significant career growth.
Job description

Trusting Social is an AI Fintech pioneer that’s revolutionizing credit access in emerging markets. Our mission is “Advancing AI to Meet the Financial Needs of Everyday Consumers with Empathy.” We’ve assessed over 1 billion consumers across four countries, and we’re on a mission to provide 100 million credit lines using the power of AI and Big Data.

How You'll Make an Impact

EVO has built its distribution on physical POS and retail chains. This role opens the second engine: platform distribution. As Head of Partnership, Digital Channel, you own EVO's growth through digital platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, e-wallets, super apps, digital banks, telcos, and card schemes — from the first conversation through integration, launch, and sustained volume. You own the channel number, not just the partnership pipeline.

You thrive here if you think like an owner of the business rather than the head of a function. You come in with your own ambition and a clear view of what this channel should be worth in two years, and you set targets above what is asked of you. You can hold a commercial negotiation and an API integration conversation in the same week and lose nothing in either. You read funnel data before you walk into a partner review, and you can tell the difference between a partnership that looks impressive in a press release and one that will actually produce approved, activated customers. You build the operating model as you go rather than waiting for one to be handed to you, and you are direct about killing partnerships that do not earn their integration cost.

What You'll Do

Channel Strategy & Ownership

Own EVO's digital channel P&L end-to-end — card issuance, card activation, and EVO Money disbursement volume sourced through platform partners, along with the cost of acquiring each.

Define the target partner map, prioritization logic, and standard commercial models; make allocation calls based on evidence rather than partner size.

Partner Development & Negotiation

Run the full development cycle: approach, solution pitch, commercial and legal negotiation, contracting, and launch.

Negotiate revenue-share and cost-per-outcome structures that protect unit economics before volume is committed.

Build relationships at regional and global level with platform and card scheme counterparts, and use them to open doors the local market alone would not.

Integration & Customer Journey

Lead the design of the customer journey on partner surfaces with Product and Engineering — API and SDK flows, embedded finance placements, deeplinks, tracking, and reconciliation.

Push for early clarity on attribution and reconciliation design; do not let a partnership go live with a tracking gap that shows up at settlement.

Partner Growth & Account Management

Own the post-launch relationship: business reviews, joint growth plans, co-branded campaigns, and rapid resolution of operational friction.

Diagnose funnel drop-off partner by partner and drive fixes across Product, Risk, and Operations.

Team & Cross-functional Leadership

Build and develop the digital partnership team — hiring, setting goals, and coaching to a standard of ownership rather than activity.

Work with Risk, Legal, and Compliance so every partnership meets regulatory requirements for credit products and personal data before launch.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

Minimum 10 years in partnership, business development, or digital channel roles, including at least 5 years in a management position leading a team.

Direct working experience at a global platform or network — for example TikTok, Shopee, Grab, or a comparable regional platform — or at a card scheme such as Visa or Mastercard.

Proven track record signing and operating partnerships with major digital platforms in Vietnam — not just sourcing them.

Working understanding of embedded finance or digital distribution of financial products: integration flows, tracking, reconciliation, revenue share.

Bachelor's degree or above; startup, fintech, or tech-adjacent background is a strong plus.

How You Work

You operate with a company-owner mindset: you weigh decisions against the whole business, not only your own channel, and you are willing to give up a local win when the company gains more elsewhere.

You bring your own ambition and clear personal targets, and you push the organization toward them rather than waiting for goals to be assigned.

You treat AI as core infrastructure for your own work — using it to accelerate partner research, funnel analysis, and business case modeling, and evaluating what it returns before you act on it.

You take initiative before being directed: when a partner's conversion drops, you already have a hypothesis and a test running.

You connect knowledge across functions — what Risk will approve, what Engineering can
