From healthcare facilities to corporate headquarters, retail centers to high end residential, White Construction approaches every project with remarkable attention to detail, offering our clients and partners the step-above service that has kept them coming back since 1971.</div><div role="region" data-page-number="1" aria-label="Page 1" data-loaded="true"> Estimator Responsibilities:</div><div role="region" data-page-number="1" aria-label="Page 1" data-loaded="true"><ul><li>Demonstrated, on multiple projects, expertise in all aspects of project estimating from project pre-planning thru commissioning/closeout.</li><li>Proven track record of successful estimating performance as measured by internal customer satisfaction, absence of project disputes based on budget/estimating problems, profitability, timely completion, project documentation, project transition from estimating to operations and estimating staff development.</li><li>Analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and project specifications to prepare accurate estimates for drywall projects.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and data.</li><li>Calculate material quantities and labor costs required for each project.</li><li>Evaluate and select appropriate materials and construction methods to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.</li><li>Prepare detailed and competitive bids and proposals for clients.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to address questions and provide clarifications.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.</li></ul></div><div role="region" data-page-number="2" aria-label="Page 2" data-loaded="true"><div>Education/Certification Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Construction related field. </li><li>Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills. </li><li>Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude. </li><li>Self-starter, results driven and able to work independently. </li><li>Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders to foster trust and partnership. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee assigned to this position.
