📍 Contract Catering | Monday to Friday | £45,000 per annum

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing workplace hospitality operation. This isn't late nights, split shifts, or weekend working. This is contract catering done brilliantly.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operation, ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
You'll lead a talented team, deliver exceptional food and service standards, and create an environment where colleagues genuinely enjoy coming to work.
A Typical Week Might Include:
☕ Making sure the morning coffee rush runs like a Formula 1 pit stop.
🥗 Working with chefs to deliver fresh, exciting food offers.
📈 Analysing sales and finding ways to increase revenue.

What We're Looking For
Experience managing a restaurant, café, hospitality venue, or contract catering operation.
A natural leader who enjoys developing people.

Job Description
Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business

Qualifications
Previous experience commensurate with role
