Looking for a stable trucking career with great earning potential? This Eastern Regional Driver role offers guaranteed pay during training and excellent weekly earnings once solo. You'll build familiarity with routes quickly and even get paid training with a mentor.
Job description
Northshore drivers: eastern lanes, steady miles, and a paid start for new CDL grads.
Loads stay east and do not go far west, so the routes get familiar fast. You train with a mentor first, paid, then run solo.
What you earn
Paid every week during training
$1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
$1,200 to $1,800 a week once solo
$0.55 a mile to start, +$0.01 a year up to $0.65
2,000 to 2,500 miles a week
$15 stop pay
Weekly direct deposit
Your week
Eastern regional lanes, a mix of drop and hook and live freight. Out about two weeks, then home. Day and night dispatch.
New CDL? Here is the path
Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later.
Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired.
Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid every week.
Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week.
Nervous about your first driving job? Fair.
"How often will I see home?" Every two weeks.
"Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
"Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted.
"What if I have a problem on the road?" Loads are planned for you, and your driver leader picks up the phone.
"What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo.
What you need
Class A CDL from your state of residence, 21 or older
New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years

Benefits after 30 days
Medical, dental, vision and prescription
401(k) and employee stock purchase plan
