About the Role
Gazer is an international automotive cybersecurity company developing advanced anti-theft systems. We are currently looking for a Сall Center Representative to support our market development efforts in South Africa, gathering client's feeback.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct calls to automotive business partners across the South Africa in order to gather the product feedback.
Follow a structured call script to communicate with dealerships and industry representatives
Accurately track call outcomes, statuses, and insights in Google Sheets / CRM
Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of contacts
Ensure full transparency of activity through the company's telephony system
Provide feedback and suggest improvements to call scripts based on real conversations
Regularly report on call progress, activity levels, and results
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales roles
Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
Native / Fluent English
Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real conversations
Attention to detail and discipline in reporting
Self-organized and comfortable working remotely
Stable internet connection, computer, and ability to work via online tools
Working Conditions
Part-time format (Hourly rate)
Working hours: within standard RSA business hours (9:00–18:00)
Fully remote work
Monthly payment based on timesheets
