Supervisor: Stephanie Routier, Faculty Liaison & Administrative Manager

Duration: Academic Term

Availability: Approximately 4-hours per week (max 8 hours) on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Position Summary

The Teaching Assistant (TA) Program Assistant supports the administrative functions of ICP's Teaching Assistant Program and helps maintain accurate program records, communications, and workflows. Students will gain transferable skills in office administration and education workflows.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Maintain attendance records and spreadsheets

Draft communications to faculty and teaching assistants

File, organize, and archive program documentation

Assist with workflow improvement projects

Research and support administrative process enhancements

Ideal Qualifications

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Strong proficiency working with spreadsheets

Good written communication skills

Interest in education administration and program operations
