This role focuses on executing client tax reporting and withholding tax reclaim activities, ensuring compliance with policies while providing expert support in resolving complex tax-related issues. The candidate will leverage deep tax and banking operations knowledge, act as a collaborative team player, and contribute to process improvements, requiring fluency in English and the local language, advanced analytical abilities, and proficiency in tax reporting tools like Easy Tax.

YOUR CHALLENGE

E xecute Client Tax Report Production

Execute Withholding Tax Reclaim Applications

Support & advise specialist/team head on problem solving

Adhere to guidelines & policies

Execute complex controls

Manage incidents and resolutions

Support the development of new solutions

Handle single queries of high complexity

Responsible for managing the day-to-day usage of key tools and processes

Collaborate with partners

Raise requirements in collaboration with the PO

YOUR PROFILE

Team player

Distinct customer and service orientation

Multiple years of relevant work experience in Client Tax Reporting & Withholding Tax Reclaim

Comprehensive knowledge of securities, their specific characteristics & taxation

Good technical understanding of banking operations methodologies/processes

Fluent in English & local language
